Hocus Focus Photography By: Cody Young is a Lifestyle/Storyteller | Family | Photographer based in Berkeley Springs, WV.

Est. 2015 on Halloween. I’ve always loved taking photos of nature, my pets, my outfits, & always with my friends at parties through the years. What was once a hobby has now turned into a business & I love every second of it. I became popular online from my Southern Gothic style sessions I started back in 2022 (which I still offer!). I have always been the black sheep, because I hate blending in which is why my photography has a different magical vibe than all the other photographers in the area.

My style is different yet, beautiful, timeless, & unforgettable. I am not a “true to life” color photographer. Think earthy, dreamy, like a beautiful painting & my palette is inspired by fall foliage. I am a Lifestyle/Storyteller photographer. I don’t like stiff awkward poses. I like my sessions to look like I’m capturing your family’s most beautiful moments (running, playing, dancing, laughing, candid style moments (that are still posed, but less awkward looking)).
