Hocus Focus Photography By: Cody Young is a well-known Lifestyle/Storyteller Photographer, located in Berkeley Springs, WV. The business was established on October 31, 2015.
Cody is also one of the pioneers of the “Southern Gothic” aesthetic. He’s known for taking photos in abandoned West Virginia locations that harbor a haunting, overgrown, & “back woods” scenic look. A lot of his Southern Gothic styled photos have a dark “redneck” or “hillbilly” style to it, very similar to Southern Gothic artist/singer Ethel Cain.
